How does retainer billing work?
A retainer reserves dedicated time each month for your business. You’ll receive a set number of hours or a defined scope of support, billed upfront on a monthly basis. This keeps budgeting predictable and ensures priority access for ongoing needs. If you need extra support beyond the retainer, additional hours can be added at an agreed rate.
Do you work remotely and with clients across Canada?
Yes. All services are provided virtually, and I work with clients across Canada.

After an initial call, I can usually get started within a few days, depending on scope and availability
